Meet Our Team
Founder & Director
Chris has over 25 year’s of IT Consultancy, Project Management, Organisation Transformation and Software Product Development experience from a wide range of consulting engagements. Previously a key member of Sage, Chris has also been amongst the leadership team of several other UK based VAR and Service providers specialising in CRM, FICO and BI.
Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in the IT Industry, working for some of the world’s leading technology companies, focusing on project delivery and building a reputation for getting things done.
His vision is to revolutionise organisational wellbeing and stimulate positive cultural change in organisations using innovative technology.
Debbie has over 13 years’ experience as a successful account manager, working in wholesale and the sports industry. Her role will involve supporting current client services and managing the implementation of new accounts.
In between her studies at Chester University, Lauren works as our part time Office Administrator, keeping us all organised and dealing with all incoming requests and ensuring everyone has what they need, as well as keeping our social networks posts up to date.
Business Intelligence Consultant / Developer
Scott has over 3 years working as an Operations Analyst in the Home Care R&D team at Unilever, and over 2 years as a P&L Analyst at Bank of America, so has a wealth of knowledge around analytical data and solutions.
